It's refreshing to see a secondary priced at a level to make money from the get-go.

Who said Wall Street's a greedy, horrible place? Certainly not the bankers and principals behind Google.

The pricing of its secondary offering at $295 is one of the sweetest things I have ever seen, a delicious 100%-in-your-client's-favor $5 discount, and a $15 discount from where it was just a couple of days ago.

All aboard!

Google's got to be one of the few nice things I have seen happen in this business in my life. I am so used to buyers getting taken and customers coming up short that it is breathtaking to watch a pricing that you know made you $5 money good from the get-go.
