That's why we have our Investor Protection Program. To get some money back in your hands if you incur losses because of trades from our Portfolios.
110% Refund For Losing Months.
That's right. If you're covered by our Investor Protection Program and one of our portfolios causes a loss for you, we will refund you 110% of your Wall Street Secrets Plus subscription fees.
To claim an Investor Protection Program refund, Print out a copy of this Claim Form, fill out all the information then submit it to us with the required information. It's that simple.
To sign up for the Investor Protection program you must be a Wall Street Secrest Plus Subscriber. If you ARE NOT a Wall Street Secrets Plus Subscriber CLICK HERE to subscribe. NOTE:
You will be refunded 110% of the monthly fee for the month when the portfolio loss occurred. You must request your refund within 40 days of the portfolio loss. Allow up to 60 days to process the refund. You must be a valid and fully paid up subscriber at the time the refund is issued. You can not get a refund of the Investor Protection Program enrollment fee. (This is like insurance – you don't get a refund if there is no claim.) The whole monthly Portfolio must have a loss for the month. If all the returns from all the individual trades results in a profit the claim will not be valid. You can only get a 110% refund for a month that you have actually paid for. Valid only for your actual incurred losses. To get your refund you must submit a claim form with copies of your brokerage statements showing the trades that have actually done all the portfolio trades and have incurred a loss. Valid only for trades shown in the Wall Street Secrets Plus Portfolio you are covered for. Our lawyer made us put this in, blame him.
